Services - Incident Response
Railroad Risk Management, Inc. is on-call 24 hours a day and responds to notification of an incident as may be required by the circumstances. When appropriate, RRMI claims professionals will undertake a timely and detailed on-site investigation. Experienced railroad legal and operations officers are available as needed. Investigation reports are submitted promptly and in detail.
RRMI is prepared to administer all claims to conclusion either by direct resolution with the claimant, or through negotiation with the claimant’s representative. In the event of litigation, RRMI can recommend experienced counsel and continue to monitor and assist as the litigation effort proceeds.
